Very welcomed news this morning – an additional €950,000 has been allocated towards the Rural Regeneration & Development Fund project for #Charleville.
This bring a total fund for Charleville to now €6.15m taking into account the new construction costings.
The project which will see the renovation of several vacant and derelict buildings in the heart of the town including the Courthouse which will be renovated into a new community hub. There will also be new public toilets built along with proposed enhancements of Community & Arts facilities within the town. We will also see new public realm in the town centre.
I am delighted to see these works being finalised and look forward to seeing “boots on the ground” in Charleville shortly delivering these much needed enhancements for Charleville.
