Bus Éireann are continuously seeking additional vehicles with available drivers for the provision of services under the Primary, Post Primary and Special Needs National School Transport Scheme. Additional resources are being sought in all areas of the country.
Interested contractors are invited to express an interest in providing services. In order to do this, they must first qualify for a procurement panel before being invited to tender.
If you wish to submit an application to join the panel which expires in 2027, please complete the Coupa Schools Registration Form.
Once you complete this form, you will be sent a link to register on Coupa, the Bus Eireann Procurement Portal, and from there you can complete the PQQ application. Once approved, you will be added to the Qualification Panel, and you will be invited to tender for the area’s you have expressed an interest in.

Interested operators should note:
Operators already on the School Transport Services Qualification Panel 2022 to 2027 do not need to re-apply in order to be considered.
If you are a current operator, and wish to update your current panel selection(update a vehicle category, or county), you can amend your selection in the “Current Panel” in Coupa.

Garda vetting is mandatory for all personnel performing transport services under school transport contracts with Bus Éireann.
All vehicles must be fitted with seat belts, be less than 20 years old and must meet all statutory requirements
