The Mayor of the County of Cork, Cllr Christopher O’Sullivan has signed contracts with Brendan Woods Construction Ltd. for the development of 6 residential units in Radharc na Croise, Model Village, Dripsey.
The units include 2 and 3 bedroom houses, valued at €1.1million, with construction now underway.
This in-house development has moved from detailed design to construction led by a multidisciplinary team from Cork County Council’s Architects and Housing Departments together with DOSA Consulting Engineers, John Kelleher & Associates and Deasy Walley Partnership.

Chirstopher O’Sullivan, and Fergal Woods, Brendan Woods Construction at the contract signing for the development of 6no. residential units within the existing housing estate of Radharc na Croise, Model Village, Dripsey.
Cllr. O’Shea welcomed the Scheme for Dripsey saying “I look forward to the completion of work on these homes and the continued delivery of housing to the people of Cork County. These high quality houses will make a positive difference to their residents, strengthening the community of Dripsey and the surrounding areas.”
