Cork County Council is advertising a Cost Rental Scheme for Allmans View in Bandon. 

Cost rental housing provides affordable rented accommodation to people on middle incomes. It is aimed at people who are above the threshold for social housing, have difficulty affording private rented accommodation and have difficulty in purchasing a property. 

 

There are 20 units in total available as cost rental houses in this scheme, made up of 10×2 bedroom houses and 10×3 bedroom houses. 

 

 The online portal will open for applications at 12 noon on Monday 16th June and will close at 12 noon on Monday 30th June 2024.
