Cork County Council is seeking competent Electricians, Plumbers and Building Contractors with a good track record of Health and Safety for the Routine Maintenance, Refurbishment and Upgrade of Social Houses in all areas across Cork County.
The Council undertakes significant works annually across the County to its housing stock across various disciplines, such as :
– Minor Plumbing & Electrical Repair works
– Minor Building works & Housing maintenance works
– Heating system installations and maintenance works
– Electrical maintenance works and Installations
– Building refurbishment and Construction works
– Disabled Adaptation works to Housing Stock
To this end Cork County Council will shortly be seeking tender proposals from interested contractors for the provision of such work. For more information come to one of our Workshops:
