Cork County Council’s Choice Based Letting (CBL) System is going live in the Northern Division from next Wednesday 30th November at 9am.
This is an on-line web based system accessible at cbl.corkcoco.ie where approved housing applicants can express an interest in vacant properties that are advertised by the Housing Department on a weekly basis from Wednesday 9am to Tuesday 5pm.
Assistance will be available once the system goes live from the Housing Department in Annabella or by contacting Cork County Council at (021) 4386635.
A User id and P.I.N. number will be issued to you early next week to enable access to the CBL system.
I sincerely hope this system will improve the refusal rates of council houses that has been taking place heretofore.
