Cork County Council has launched “Your Council” – a new online Customer Portal Service – https://goo.gl/wby7y7
This portal is a one stop shop for online services available to the public. It provides the public with the option of accessing some services online in addition to the existing phone, email, post or face-to-face options.
Customers can create an account on the portal and can then track the progress of their issues or service requests.
Cork County Council look forward to rolling out additional online services in the coming months and this initiative will help to ensure that Cork County Council delivers an enhanced level of service to the customer.
