Mallow set for a great Racing Home for Easter weekend

This years Racing Home for Easter Festival in Mallow takes place from Saturday 30th March right through until Wednesday 3rd April 2013. There is a jam packed programme of events in place for the weekend which can be viewed at www.racinghomeforeaster.com

From street entertainment such as Johnny D’ Juggler to live music, rock climbing wall and tasting the nibbles’ on offer on the grounds of Mallow Castle, Mallow is the place to be during the weekend. The Mallow Rotary Ball Run and Mallow River Raft race is only a selection of what is on offer on Easter Sunday with the Food and Craft Fair taking centre stage in the town. Don’t forget to get dressed up for the best dressed Lady and Gent competition which will take place at Cork Racecourse Mallow on Sunday afternoon. If you still able for more, how about a 10km family fun cycle or a guided historical tour of Mallow? The choice is yours!

Hard copies of the festival programme of events are available throughout Mallow and across the county and indeed country! I hope you can get time over the Easter holiday period to give a trip to Mallow and see at first hand what is on offer and what is set to be a great weekend.
