Mallow Development Partnership is hosting the Munster Maths & Science Family Fair will be held on Sunday 16th October 2016, at the Mallow GAA Complex in Carrigoon. Formerly known as the Mallow Maths & Science Fair , the fair has this year been re-branded due to the ever increasing numbers in attendance and participants from all over Munster.
This is the 6th year of the very well established annual event. For the past five years the fair has had great representation from local primary and secondary schools with students showcasing their maths and science projects to visitors along with companies, research institutes and third level institutions.
The event promises to be a fun filled, engaging and educational for all ages, while providing a valuable opportunity to discuss with the very accessible professionals present their careers working as engineers, scientists, researchers, etc. along with what subjects are needed to study for these careers.
