The Better Energy Communities programme has announced a new funding strand in 2018 specifically for the members of the Sustainable Energy Communities network.
This strand of the programme will be formally launched for applications towards the end of quarter one in 2018. It is important to note that there will be no closing date for applications from SECs for this funding strand. It is dedicated for Sustainable Energy Communities only and SECs are eligible to apply when they have successfully completed the energy master plan. Further details of this new programme strand will be circulated in 2018.
The normal Better Energy Communities 2018 grant programme is also available for those interested and the closing date is Friday 26th January 2018.
