The awards’ night was held recently in the James O’Keeffe Institute, Newmarket.
The winners of the various categories were:
- Best Start Up – Alex’s Adventure, Millstreet
- Best Social Enterprise – Canon O’Donovan Day Centre, Millstreet
- Best Women-led Business – Black Hut Crafts, Newmarket
- Best Established – Ducon Concrete, Kanturk
- Best Family Run Business – Noel C. Duggan Hardware & Steel
- Best in the Creative Industry – Freemount Heritage Centre
The overall winner of the 2019 IRD Duhallow Business Award was Noel C. Duggan Hardware & Steel.
