Road resurfacing works will be carried out on the N72 at Ballymaquirke near Kanturk later this month, North Cork Fine Gael Councillor John Paul O’Shea has confirmed.
Works will commence on Monday, July 29th and progress daily, excluding weekends, from 8am. Works are scheduled to conclude by 6pm on Friday, August 8th.
Cllr. O’Shea said a temporary speed limit of 60kph will be implemented to facilitate the works and a stop/go temporary traffic management system will be in place for the duration of the works. Cllr. O’Shea welcomed the works along the busy N72 between Mallow and Killarney.
