Working with my colleague Minister Peter Burke TD, we have been able to secure a grant of grant of up to €30,000 to refurbish a vacant property, with a maximum top-up grant amount of up to and additional €20,000 for a derelict property.
In addition, these properties may also be eligible for energy retrofitting grants of some €30,000. You can get the details at this link:
