Cork County Council recently purchased lands from the Sisters of Nazareth (Nazareth House) in Dromahane, Mallow for the development of amenities in the village. The site which is situated right in the centre of Dromahane village will be a tremendous asset to the community.
A public meeting to discuss the development of Dromahane Amenity Park will take place in Dromahane Community Centre on Monday 22nd April next at 9pm sharp. Everyone is welcome to attend to make your views known for the future use of the site.
It is important the entire village of Dromahane is involved in this process and a dedicated community group is established who would in turn work in partnership with Cork County Council in developing this site into the future.
Enquiries to Cllr. John Paul O’ Shea on 086 8903154.
